Please call 302-3023 for information on current availability for the 2011-2012 school year.
In order to enroll for the 2012-2013 school year you will need to bring:

A completed enrollment form for each child you are enrolling.

A completed emergency medical release form for each child you are enrolling.

An up-to-date copy of your child’s shot record so we can make a copy for our records.

Your $50 registration fee for each child you are enrolling.
