Sweet Surprises meets in Room C-126 and is taught by Krista Robertson & Susan Burt.
My name is Krista Robertson. I have been married to my wonderful husband Dave for 11 years and we have two children, Savannah (6) and Camden (4). I have lived in Oklahoma my entire life. I was born in Tulsa, where I was graduated from Union High School. I then moved to Stillwater to attend Oklahoma State where I majored in Industrial Engineering and Management. My first job out of college brought me to Oklahoma City where I met my husband and later earned my MBA from Oklahoma City University. Being an engineer, I never thought I would be a teacher. Over the past few years God has put me in teaching positions in children’s choir, VBS and Sunday school. This will be my second year as a Weekday teacher. My husband and I are members of QSBC. Together we are active in many areas of ministry including music, recreation, youth and children. I am so excited to be a part of your child’s life. I look forward to the exciting adventures that this year will bring.
Hello, I’m Susan Burt. I have been married to my husband, George, for 37 years and we live with our three little dachshunds. I have four grown children (2 boys and 2 girls) and one precious grand-daughter about to turn one year. I have lived in the Oklahoma City-Edmond area for all of my life and met George during my first year of college at Central State in Edmond. My husband and I bought land near Piedmont over 20 years ago and have lived there ever since. My husband and I joined Quail Springs Baptist almost five years ago, and I’ve been working in Mother’s Day out for the past two years. I am so looking forward to this second year with the two-year olds. It’s amazing how quickly you grow to care for each little individual. I can’t wait to meet you and your family and know it will be an enjoyable year.
