Precious Promises meets in Room C-128 and is taught by Ronita Alford & Shannon Edwards.
My name is Ronita Alford. I have been married to my husband, Brian, for 19 years. We have one son, Bryce. He is 13 years old. We moved to OKC from Texas almost 13 years ago. This is my 8th year to teach at QSBC. I’ve really loved my time here. I started out in the baby room for a couple of years and have been with Precious Promises for the remainder of time.
While in Texas, I worked for several years in child care at our church. My parents were foster parents for over 30 years and finally adopted their last foster child. So, I’ve been around children for a long time! I love to spend time with my family, especially travelling. I also love to read.
My name is Shannon Edwards. My husband Dean and I have been married for 25 years. We have been members of QSBC for 7 years. I have two sons, Dylan, who is 23 and is married to Rebekah, and Nolan, who is 13. I have worked at QSBC Weekday for 7 years. I love working with children, and consider it a privilege to be able to work with your precious little ones!
